Our Aim
The Nigerian Young Academy designed this training to equip young Nigerians and early-career researchers with leadership and mentoring skills, developing self-awareness, ethical integrity, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
The programme cultivates leaders who mentor effectively, inspire transformation, guide others constructively, and contribute to Nigeria’s development and Africa’s progress.
